Shipping & Return Policy

Lost/Missing Deliveries

If delivery has confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us.

Processing time

All orders take 2-3 days to process prior to shipping depending on demand. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If you place your order over the weekend your order processing time start following Monday-Tuesday. International orders will be processed during the same time.

Damaged Delivery

We only replace items if they are damaged during transit shipping. If you have received your items damaged you have 8 days from delivery to inform us and request a replacement. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged items send us an email at rosiehairgrowthoil.com
Will notify you when we have sent you your replacement items.

Refunds

Unfortunately, once your order ships all sales are final due to the nature of our product.

Oder Cancellations

We will cancel your order and refund you for your purchase as long as your order has not been shipped. Please send us an email at

Note: if your shipping status states that your shipping label has been created it is too late to receive a refund. USPS and or other carries can take hours to scan in the package they already have in their possession.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address at the time of check out. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guaranteed requests to update shipping address will be processed.
If you live in an apartment, have a suite and etc please be sure to provide that specific information on the shipping page so it can be delivered to the correct address. If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our company.
